Our firm was founded by David Allen Chicarelli, who spent over 40 years building a name in Southwest Ohio courtrooms — from humble beginnings to cases the nation watched, including representing families from the 1979 Who concert tragedy and the Pete Rose years. That's a half-century family legacy. When his son David Anthony joined the firm more than a decade ago, he didn't ride those coattails — he built his own reputation as an aggressive litigator. Today, that father-and-son partnership is the heart of our practice.
